What is the difference between the free Responsive theme and Responsive Pro?

The free Responsive theme is a standards compliant WordPress theme available on the official WordPress theme repository. Responsive Pro is a plugin that adds more features to the free Responsive theme.

What are Responsive theme templates?

Responsive theme templates are ready-to-use websites complete with pre-designed pages, plugins and copyright-free stock images. These theme templates can be imported using the template importer plugin.

How can I edit Responsive theme templates on my own?

Responsive theme templates are built using the WordPress block editor (aka Gutenberg editor) or the Elementor page builder. You can use the same drag-and-drop editors to edit these templates.

What plugins are included with the Responsive theme templates?

It depends on the template. Each theme template comes with it’s own required plugins.

Are licenses to pro plugins included?

Licenses of pro plugins are not included with Responsive Pro. We recommend you to purchase a license from the plugin developers to get updates and support.

How many sites can I use Responsive Pro on?

It depends on the plan you’ve purchased. See details in the pricing plans section.

Is it necessary to renew the license every year?

No. Annual license fees help us provide you with regular products updates and professional, one-on-one support. If you do not need either, you can choose not to renew your license.

Will my website continue to work if I don't renew?

Yes. Your website will continue to work even if you do not renew your annual license.

How do I get updates for Responsive Pro?

Responsive Pro is automatically updated for websites with an active license. On deactivating the license, you’ll stop receiving automatic updates.

How do I get support?

Active Responsive Pro customers can request support from My Account > Orders > Get Help. Free Responsive theme users can use the support forum in the official WordPress theme directory.

How can I get support for the Free theme?

Free Responsive users can get support from our Facebook community group.

What is your refund policy?

We’re 100% sure you’ll love Responsive. But we also understand it’s not for everyone. If for some reason you don’t want to continue using Responsive, get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll gladly refund your order amount.
